Talk by Ben Eitelberg on Lifestyle Changes for Personal an Planetary Health.
The Lentil Intervention is an Australasian educational and advocacy platform dedicated to raising awareness about the current climate and health crises. It aims to inspire the adoption of lifestyle changes toward climate-friendly and healthy lifestyle practices and foster resilient communities by way of community outreach, campaigns, provision of resources and a podcast.

The powerful voice of Joydah Mae Bernardo will take us on a journey at Vegan Expo 2021. Joydah’s voice comes from a bloodline of many powerful voices. She carries the mana of both sides of her lineage and she uses the commercially successful skills of her father, a professional musician, alongside the sacred chants of her mother’s native mountain home high in the Kabayan, Benguet to create a channeling style that is just beginning to build momentum.

About the Vegan Expo
Beginning in 2016, the Whangarei Vegan Expo is an annual event that exhibits the very best of veganism. Stallholders from around the country showcase their plant-based products and services, while speakers and presenters share the benefits of veganism. Previous years have seen 1500+ attendees, international guests, fun cooking demos, delicious food, live music and much more! We can’t wait to see you!
Helpful FAQs
By car: Whangarei is just over 2 hours north of Auckland centre. Traffic volume can be variable so allow more time than you anticipate.
By bus: There is an Intercity bus service which runs through the north island of New Zealand. Visit Intercity for the schedule. The walk to Forum North from the bus stop at the Hub takes about 15 minutes.
