For nearly 25 years, Barbara has donned a professional apron and been at the center of hospitality and wholesome catering. She is so passionate about cooking that she has owned and operated three highly successful eateries. Today, she proudly serves up a wondrous collection of entirely plant-based wonders from her cozy bohemian-styled café, the Lemonwood Eatery in the heart of the seaside village of Oakura. Barbara will be running two cookery demonstrations showcasing how she makes a vegan Victoria sponge and a delicious Christmas trifle.
