Savoury Walnut Balls

  • 1c walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1c onions, chopped
  • 1c raw potatoes, grated
  • 1-2 T soy sauce
  • 2 t soy flour or gluten flour
  • 1c dry breadcrumbs or 2c fresh
  • 1 t sage
  • ½ t salt (opt)


  1. Mix all ingredients together and form in balls.
  2. Place onto baking dish, cover with Grandma’s Brown Gravy or Tomato Relish.
  3. Bake for 20-30 mins at 180°C or bake balls on an oven tray without gravy or relish then add gravy when serving.
