Horncastle Arena is west of the city between Blenheim and Lincoln Roads. If you plan to attend a talk or cooking demonstration, we advise arriving 20 minutes beforehand due to popularity.
Metro Bus – stops located on Lincoln Road and Whiteleigh Ave.
Walking – Pedestrian access is available from all entry points.

Yes. If you have not pre-ordered your tickets and you can pay cash on the door.

Yes, including cash withdrawals. Please note there is a $2 charge. We recommend that you bring cash on the day. Some stallholders will have their own Eftpos machines for purchases made at their stalls.

Yes and yes! There is a large car park but subject to availability. We recommend using public transport, biking or car-pooling. Disability parking is available directly opposite the front entrance.

Seats are on a first come basis however if you have a particular need (wheelchair, hearing impaired or other condition needing special consideration) please contact us as early as possible and at least 48 hours before the event. Explain what accommodation you need, which talk/cookery demo you wish to attend and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes. Wheelchair accessibility is throughout the venue including the toilets. Please ask any Vbase staff members if you need assistance.

Yes. Baby changing facilities are located in the accessible toilets located at Doors 2 & 3. Pram parking is usually located to the inside left of the main Arena doors.
