Ingredients

  • 2 cups thin sliced vegetables(cabbage, carrot, corn, zucchini, or any other you prefer)
  • ½ cup chapatti flour (can be found at davis trading or local indian shop)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1tbsp oil
  • How to make the dip
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  3. 2 cups thin sliced vegetables(cabbage, carrot, corn, zucchini, or any other you prefer)
  4. ½ cup chapatti flour (can be found at davis trading or local indian shop)
  5. ½ cup water
  6. 1tsp salt
  7. ½ tsp baking powder
  8. 1tbsp oil
  9. Mix flour, salt, baking powder together, then add water and oil.
  10. Stir well, then add vegetables, mix nicely and fry in waffle maker for approximately 4minutes on medium color.
  11. How to make the dip
  12. Mix all ingredients together. Dip in the waffles or drizzle over the waffles as you prefer!
