Asian Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups thin sliced vegetables(cabbage, carrot, corn, zucchini, or any other you prefer)
- ½ cup chapatti flour (can be found at davis trading or local indian shop)
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- ½ cup chapatti flour (can be found at davis trading or local indian shop)
- ½ cup water
- 1tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1tbsp oil
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder together, then add water and oil.
- Stir well, then add vegetables, mix nicely and fry in waffle maker for approximately 4minutes on medium color.
- Mix all ingredients together. Dip in the waffles or drizzle over the waffles as you prefer!
